Managing partner patent attorney of our firm, KWON, Yungjoon has been appointed as an advisory panel of Korea Trade Commission of Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.

Korea Trade Commission of Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy relieves affected enterprises by corrective order such as banning import, export, manufacture, sale, etc., and imposing a fine after investigating unfair trade practices such as infringement on intellectual property right, etc. Anyone who suspects unfair trade practices can apply for an investigation to Korea Trade Commission.

Also, Korea Trade Commission of Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy has operated ‘Advisory Panel of Korea Trade Commission’ which consists of patent attorneys, lawyers, professors, public officials, etc. in order to increase professionality in investigating/adjudicating unfair trade practices since 2008. 

Advisory Panel of Korea Trade Commission’ in which managing partner patent attorney of our firm, KWON, Yungjoon participates as a professional, plays a role in improving s ystem of investigating infringement on intellectual property right, proposing policy, representation in administrative appeal/lawsuit, offering appraisal/consultation, etc. Through this appointment, He will provide consultation by June, 2023.
